Early, Ludwick, Sweeney & Strauss LLC (ELSS) is a New England law firm with expertise in toxic tort litigation and asbestos related law. ELSS helps victims suffering from conditions caused by asbestos exposure as well as victims who suffer from debilitating conditions caused by defective drug products like Fen Phen and Baycol.
The partners at ELSS wanted their Web site to serve as the authoritative Internet source for mesothelioma treatment information for malignant mesothelioma, a terminal cancer caused mainly by the ingestion of asbestos fibers. Additionally, they wanted to target users of drugs that had been recalled by the FDA like Fen Phen and Baycol.
ELSS posed IIMS with the task of attracting two very specific yet different target audiences to their Web site. IIMS used a variety of techniques to get the job done. IIMS started with effective Search Engine indexing to secure top slots for selected keywords. Over time, IIMS implemented Pay for Placement programs and secured other online advertising opportunities for ELSS. We worked with ELSS to build a database of over 40,000 prospective clients and then used effective bulk email campaigns to reach them.
ELSS has averaged approximately 40-50 online inquiries per day and 50,000 visitors per month over the past 4 years. To help them manage the large volume of leads, IIMS worked closely with their practice managers to develop a streamlined Extranet. The Extranet has contact management and reporting tools that help the firm turn a significant percentage of online inquiries into actual clients.
Since establishing an Internet presence with IIMS, ELSS has opened a new office in New York and has helped its clients across the country preserve their rights.
